Feedback of the Participants.
- Training methodology, topics covered and presentations are good.
- This is a peak season for tobacco related work, hence sitting for 2-3 Hours is difficult which hampers our tobacco work. Hence, better to organize the training after Tobacco curing is over.
- Detail training is required for selected IGA activities for interested women to take it forward.
- Guidance required for marketing and to avail facilities from different sources.
- Energizer and quoting example in-between help us to focus and active.
